Our interviewers have a demonstrated skill at scheduling interviews with busy individuals. We are successful in working with administrative assistants and other gatekeepers to explain the nature of the survey, its sponsor, and realistic time commitments for the interview. We schedule interviews at the respondent’s convenience, which often requires calling outside of normal business hours and accommodating for international time zones.
