Our approach

As a full-service survey consulting firm, we have all the tools and services you need to run a smooth, thorough, and successful customer survey program. We take a highly customized approach to customer surveys. We listen carefully to your needs and design a survey program to specifically address them. Here is how we do it:

Survey planning and design
During the survey planning and design process, we first interview key personnel to clarify your information needs and to identify customer segments of interest. We also interview a small sample of your customers to explore critical aspects of the customer relationship. Then we develop a questionnaire including a mixture of rating-scale questions and open-ended questions to provide detail and context.

Administration
We offer a variety of administration methodologies to ensure we reach your customer base worldwide. Our methodologies include telephone interviewing, interactive voice recognition (IVR), internet, paper, and point-of-sale administration. During administration, we also offer help desk support for your customers with questions about taking the survey. Our data security policies ensure your customer data is protected.

Reporting and action-planning
We customize your report templates to ensure that you receive your data in the most informative and actionable format available. Leveraging the capabilities of Survey Vantage™, our web-enabled technology platform, we quickly deliver your standard reports. Or you can simply create your own queries and reports with just a few mouse clicks. We also work to help you understand the results and develop and prioritize resulting actions.
