The Center for Ethical Business Cultures (CEBC) and Gantz Wiley Research have joined forces to create the CEBC Integrity Measurement Program. This scientifically-based measurement program evaluates the ethical environment through the eyes of the employee. The survey measures the elements of an organization’s culture that are the building blocks of an ethical work environment. As part of this program, The CEBC QuickCheck is a 5-item index that can be attached to an existing employee survey or used as a stand alone instrument.
