Survey Compass
Our Survey Compass training program was developed to coach managers to effectively use survey results. The training program covers all phases of follow-up—from understanding results to monitoring the implementation of action plans. It includes a sample agenda, hints, and tips to support managers in conducting survey feedback sessions.
Focus groups are frequently used to clarify the issues behind a short list of priority areas. Survey Compass trains managers to determine when focus groups are appropriate, plan the agenda, determine who participates, conduct the sessions, and summarize the results.
The Survey Compass training program can also be delivered in a train-the-trainer format to certify Human Resources staff, who are then equipped to train and support others in conducting effective focus groups.
