As a strategic and analytical leader, Jim directs overall survey operations at Gantz Wiley Research. Jim focuses on building and executing high-quality, efficient project delivery processes within the project management, survey operations, and technology teams. He is an expert in data collection methodologies with over 30 years of experience in the field and over 10 years of data collection experience specifically in the survey research field. Jim has over twenty years of general management and strategy development experience in both the United States and Europe, and he has lead organizations through ISO certification. Previously, Jim worked at NCS Pearson in the role of Vice President, Survey Services and Vice President, European Operations.
Education
Jim earned a B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Kansas and an M.B.A. from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.
