Susan leads the Gantz Wiley Research consulting group with responsibility for client relationship management, products, and markets. She brings over 25 years of prior strategic consulting experience to Gantz Wiley Research including 13 years leading a strategic marketing consulting firm and 12 years at an advertising agency. Her expertise in strategic marketing, branding, business development, action planning and customer research helps drive revenue growth for clients. Her client expertise focuses in financial services, health care services, and business services. She is a frequent speaker at industry conferences, client conferences, colleges and universities on customer loyalty, understanding your customer, incorporating customer feedback into strategic marketing.

Education Susan has a B.A. from the University of Texas, Austin and an M.B.A. from the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota. She has also completed a number of non-degreed programs in strategic planning and marketing planning at the graduate level.
