Gantz Wiley Research announces release of Survey Vantage™, a dynamic technology platform to streamline client survey administration and reporting
MINNEAPOLIS - (September 21, 2005), Gantz Wiley Research, an industry-leading survey research consulting firm, announces the release of the new web-enabled Survey Vantage™ system, a robust technology platform with tools and features to streamline the entire employee and customer survey process – from administration through action planning. Survey Vantage modules include an organizational coding tool, a real-time participation monitor, and Survey InSight™, an on-line tool allowing clients to create their own reports and conduct their own queries with just a few mouse clicks. The web-enabled technology platform also includes an action plan tracker to assist leadership with monitoring survey follow-up actions.
“After a year of development and testing and use with hundreds of thousands of respondents, we are thrilled to officially release the new Survey Vantage,” stated Jim Donoho, VP, Operations. “We felt it was very important to provide our clients with actionable survey results much sooner than we had in the past, while maintaining Gantz Wiley Research’s excellent track record of high quality. The best way to accomplish this was to build a survey system that was fully integrated from survey administration to action planning. Survey Vantage also allows Gantz Wiley Research to provide more flexible reporting, including real-time reports and a variety of customized reporting templates.”
Survey Vantage uses a single technology platform, providing a seamless and efficient process for survey administration and reporting. The technology provides clients with on-line access to the Survey Vantage participation monitor, which provides real-time participation counts by location or division. Real-time participation rates are valuable to clients because the data provide an opportunity to maximize survey participation of lagging groups through additional communications. The new ad hoc reporting module, Survey InSight, provides clients with a simple 3-step process to create their own reports and queries. “The new Survey InSight has an intuitive interface which provides clients with the hands-on ability to analyze data with just a few minutes of training. Our clients asked for a simplified and straight-forward way to create their own ad hoc reports—this is exactly what the new Survey InSight delivers,” stated Susan Palombo, VP, Consulting Services.
Survey Vantage is fully integrated and used by Gantz Wiley Research analysts for all the behind-the-scenes set-up and report generation. The organizational coding module, an on-line tool embedded in Survey Vantage, simplifies the report specification process by defining and generating report groups and providing documentation to the user to ensure the accuracy of each report. Survey builder, another Survey Vantage module, allows Gantz Wiley personnel to build a survey that provides identical output into the web survey, paper survey, and report templates. This process ensures consistency across all survey versions and the resulting reports.
